My phone has crashed

I have Apple logo on phone it won’t come on my son has filled the memory I started to delete everything and it crashed turned off I’ve plugged in but won’t come back on I’ve tried resetting it but still the same what can I do

I have Apple care it’s iPhone 11 Pro Max
