Big Sur - Colour changes on grey elements

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my 2020 M1 Air. Its running on the latest Big Sur and since 1 week it always makes crazy "colour adjustments" on grey elements, it turns "purple-ish". I will include a picture of it and one for reference where its normal. Sometimes it changes when changing desktops, but then it reappears after 1 second. I can't really find a "system" behind my Mac doing this.

would be great if someone could help me or got similar problems fixed!
