Why can't I move apps I don't want off my Watch App View?

Why can't I move apps I don't want off my Watch App View?

NB It seems to be only Apple ones that don't have a little cross on them when you try editing the App View. Seems a little "Mummy knows best" :-(

It's annoying because it means the apps I use regularly are always a scroll away while stuff I don't want is front and central. If you could just move apps to where you want them it's help.
