How do I redeem Fitness+?

I bought an Apple Watch from you guys yesterday which has now arrived. It said it would come with 3 months free fitness+. How do I redeem this?

Open the Fitness app on your iPhone.
Tap Apple Fitness+ at the bottom of your screen.
Tap Get Started.
Tap the trial offer (one trial per person or family).
Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
Verify your billing information and add a valid payment method.
Tap Subscribe
