Macbook air 2019 USB c charging port

I have a Macbook air won't turn on. During the activation, the machine said the battery is dying i replaced the battery and it wont' turn on. could a corrupted usb c charging port causing the problem?

Or could a third party replacement battery won't work? What can causing a laptop with absolutely no power. Now all the Apple store is closed and where can i get help if my warranty expire?

Apple can send you a shipping box to send in your Mac for repair. However, if you replaced the battery yourself you have likely voided your warranty coverage.
