The phone im trying to get up and running is an iphone 6s. I decided yo give it another shot a followed the steps that If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support gave but this is what i keep ending up with. Also when I keep getting the errors, the phone im trying to fix keeps the support.apple.com/iphone/restore. Is there nothing else I can do?

Did you also try restoring? If you haven't, this may be the only solution. If you have a backup, you'd be able to restore it later: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup
Also, make sure to go through all of these steps: If you see an error in Finder or iTunes on your computer. Be certain you don't have any security software running.
