Bluetooth devices menu

How can I set up a shortcut to bluetooth devices menu to quickly interchange between them? I struggle to interchange between my hearing aids and other devices throughout the day.

Bluetooth drops connection to my hearing aids from my iPad, but not my iMac or iPhone I'm trying to listen to audio from my iPad Air, but I've never gotten it to work. I can get audio from my iMac and iPhone to my hearing aids with no problem. I deselect the hearing aids from the iMac by clicking on the Bluetooth icon in the menu bar, and then clicking on "R-Phonak hearing aid", and insure that the text dims. I do the same for the iPhone. I put both the iPhone and iMac to sleep, and then try to use the iPad to get audio. In Setting/Bluetooth, I select "LE_R-Phonak hearing aid", and the connection is made. But after a few seconds the connection is lost and "Not Connected" is displayed again. I've paired and un-paired the hearing aids from the iPad and restarted the iPad multiple times. I've also tried turning off Settings/Accessibility/Hearing Aid Compatibility. I am out of ideas. It would be very useful to be able to select a desired Bluetooth device and tell it to drop any other Bluetooth devices. Having to be sure the other devices are not using the Bluetooth connection is a real pain when going back and forth from my iPhone to my iMac. Is there anything else I can try?

How to prevent hearing aids from automatically syncing to Mac using bluetooth. My hearing aids connect to my Mac and my iPhone using bluetooth. Unfortunately, they sync to the Mac automatically. When this happens, they will not sync with my iPhone unless I manually disconnect from the Mac. How do I turn off the automatic syncing on the Mac? I currently tell the Mac to forget the hearing aids after watching videos so that I can take phone calls.
