Did you follow the steps in the article below?


If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support


If necessary, contact Apple Support.


Apple Support Contact.    


Work through the screens to get an email or chat option.


Apple Support by e-mail or chat.
