Unauthorized Purchase

How do I make sure this purchase is not charged. I believe it has happened before too.

Depends what you mean by "unauthorized." If you have a charge from Apple that does not look correct, see this:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
