My phone has been compromised and The app doesn’t work .What to do ?

The message is a scam. Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.

And if you've clicked any links and then entered any account details or passwords, the scammers now have those. If you have done this, you must change your password immediately.
