My phone has 32 GB of memory and at the moment 21 GB of it is occupied by the "System" column, as a result, I have a catastrophic lack of memory. The phone is 3.5 years old. I don't know what I can do to clear the memory.

Is that "system" or "other" (looks like "other" to me, just from colour and position)
