Buying iPhone 12 pro Max in Europe

Hello Guys!

I've got Two Questions puzzling me lately ,it would be great if someone of you could consider helping me out ;)

1.I'm currently an Indian Student going for Erasmus Exchange at Lisbon for a period of 5 months from February to July 2021. I want to buy an iPhone 12 pro Max in Europe and claim VAT Return. Is it possible with Student Visa ? If So, can someone please guide me with the process of getting one.

2. I have seen that iPhone costs Relatively Cheap in Switzerland compared to Portugal ,so if I order iPhone online using Apple Swiss , can I get it delivered from Switzerland to Lisbon ? If So with minimal cost how to do it ?
