Problem installing apps, iPhone XS

When I try to install

Memoji, on the upper side there’s a box saying “requires iOS 13.0 or later”. I checked in my settings and my OS is updated to 14.3. Having the phone for 2days rn. What is there I can do so that appstore sees what my version really is? Guess it’s not only Memoji i can’t install.
