A single iPhone is used between both of you and an Apple ID is signed with its credentials revealed to each other .

Sign out the Apple ID from iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT208242

You can create her Apple ID after sign out https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204316

Or if she already an Apple ID created in the past that can be used to sign in the same iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204053
