Can't connect to WPA2/WPA3 WiFi

i can't connect to another wifi which have security WPA2/WPA3 personal, now i am connected on wifi which security is WPA/WPA2 personal, what could be the problem?

if i try to get connected on another wifi then it gets connected but throws these error on web browsers:

No internet

Try:

  • Checking the network cables, modem, and router
  • Reconnecting to Wi-Fi

ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

Question: Does this issue happen regardless of which wireless network your notebook attempts to connect to or just to one specific one?

Answer: it happens only for wifi networks that are on security wpa2/wpa3, my mobile hotspot on my one plus6 is on the same security (wpa2/wpa3 personal) and gives the same problem connects to wifi but no innternet. The wifi at my friends place is also on same security wpa2/wpa3 and the same issue there as well.

please help
