Text scam

I stupidly clicked into link from a Royal Mail scam,gave my name, dob & mobile number, realised it was a scam when asked for money & bank details, came out immediately but wondering if by even clicking on link that they now have personal details that I gave & will be able to access my phone apps & personal details

i opened a link on a scam text Hello sorry i have only just recently gotten a smart phone so im a bit out of my depth here. anyway early today i got a text form a number claiming to be lyyods my bank saying a new device had been linked of something like that, freaking out i clinked the link and it sent me to a page asking to login and such, however not having done that on my phone before i backed out and went onto my computer only to find after some digging that the numbers is a scam number. i have now blocked the number, deleted the text and turned off and on my phone but is there something else i need to do? is my phone okay or have i messed it up by opening the link even thou i didnt enter any details.

Phishing Phone Link on I-Phone Received a text with a bank's banner asking for confirmation of a charge at a store and since we recently had an iphone with credit cards in the holder stolen and used fraudulently, I thought these thieves were still shopping so I replied no and tapped the phone number link they provided. When no one answered the phone, I looked up the bank's fraud department and they advised they didn't text nor had any record of recent charges so confirmed it was phishing. What will happen to my phone and its contents now that I clicked on the dummy number link?

I opened link from scam text. What happens now. Help I received a text right after I had sent money via zelle on my pc to a friend and a text came on my iphone (what looked like it came from my bank) saying my account had been locked. From what my bank tells me they do not send these kind of texts about accounts being locked so it had to be a hack? What do I need to do now to make sure that my information if safe? I also cleared my data & history. Then I did a backup on icloud (which might have been a mistake? since now I have saved the virus or whatever? thanks for any help you can give me.
