Thank you. Just wondering. The 5W adapter that came with my iPhone 11 (Dec.2020) just went dead and wouldn't charge my phone. plugged the cord into my previous adapter 5W (from 6s) and it works, but pretty slow. A is sending new replacement, but is 20W. I only charge my phone every 2-3 days.

Yes, using a 5W adapter it's fine, even it it charges very slowly (but if you charge it overnight... it should be okay).
