I’ve tried to restore my iPhone 11 access and every time I get to a certain point about 1/3 of the way in it kicks back a error code 14. Is there a way for Apple on their end to see what the actual error code means.? I have about 300 things that didn’t load to my cloud , like pictures of my kids that I have no other access to and I don’t want necessarily restore it if I can save it.
