My iPhone6+ has not updated beyond iOS 12.5.1
What can I do to update my iOS to the most recent updates?
The iPhone 6, and 6 Plus do not have sufficient RAM to update to iOS 13 or 14.

If you have installed 12.5.1 then you have an iPhone 6 which can't upgrade any further.
Okay, thanks! I don't doubt your response, I guess I'm a bit confused because the attached article states that my device is compatible with the newer iOS updates. (iOS 14 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices - Apple Support)
