Does Apple send 1099 tax forms to users who receive Apple Cash for the Apple Card purchases?

No. Credit card rewards like Apple Cash are not taxable in any jurisdiction that I know of.

If I pay a contractor using Apple Pay, does Apple send them a 1099 at the end of the year?
