i dont know my apple id either what can i do

my iphone has been disabled and i am trying to get it to recover but i dont have a

macbook or hp in order to reset it what can i do

You will need access to a computer with iTunes to restore iOS.

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled
