iPhone Swap on Finance

Hi,

I have an iPhone 11 Pro, purchased via the Barclays Apple finance. This was in October 2020 however I would quite like the iPhone 12 instead, is there any way to trade my 11 pro in against the new 12 and change adjust finance agreement?
