Update my apple watch

my Apple Watch won’t update, because it says I don’t have enough storage. But I’m not sure how to delete apps if I’m even able to.

Apple watch My Apple Watch doesn’t have any extra apps downloaded on to it right now. I tried To do the Apple Watch recent update, it says I need 3.1 GB of available storage and it says I only Have 1.8 and to delete apps. What can I do to get More storage on my Apple Watch to download this update?

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this frees up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of your data.
