icloud storage payment error

I have monthly icloud storage subscription. Unfortunately this month I didn’t charge. There’s enough amount in my card but I got notifications about increase card limit. I asked to my bank. They told that Apple trying to charge the amount manually by pos terminal not online. For that the transaction is unsuccessful. How to solve it? Where to write about it?
