I want to move the clock on my iPhone to the bottom. Why can’t I??
I want to move the clock on my Lock Screen to the bottom. Why can’t I? Samsung does this. It’s a basic feature. Why hasn’t Apple made this more customizable?

The lock screen is not customizable. No one here in this user-to-user forum can answer "why" Apple has made particular decision. You should let Apple know your thoughts here:

You can't do that.
If the feature is important to you then you should buy a Samsung.
Click on the screen but not on any icon until they all jiggle.
Drag the clock to where you want it and click on the screen again to stop the jiggle.

I didn't even read that part and assumed they meant just moving the clock icon.
The lock screen is not mentioned in the title but is in their reply.
Indeed. It was a bit confusing.
That doesn't look like the Lock screen. It looks like one of your Home screens. In the original post, the OP said (bold mine):
I want to move the clock on my Lock Screen to the bottom. Why can’t I?
I can't figure out a way to do that.
Yes.
I have no trouble moving it.
To get it to the lowest row you have to move one of the other apps out first.
Sorry I was late.
These pages software are kinda goofy today.

You were able to move the clock on the lock screen?
