Can’t open Netflix, it worked fine yesterday
Apple TV 4K, tvOS 13
I initially had the same problem. Go into the Apple TV Settings menu under "System" and update the software.

Please check for software updates on your Apple TV and install them, then retest Netflix.
I did the software update & it’s fine now, thank you for the help.
