Walking Asymmetry not working on iPhone

Does anyone have any information about why walking asymmetry stopped working after upgrade to iOS 14.3? I have an iPhone 8. My phone either says no data or 0%.

Per the prompt in the walking speed view, my "wheel chair" status has been set to "NO."
