Remove Output and Input Device

Hi, does anyone know how to remove an Output and Input Device as I don't want the application anymore. if I got to Audio ΜΙDI Setup the remove button is greyed out? How do I remove?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.1

All good I figured it out my self

I did this

/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/HAL

and I found the plug-in and deleted it and restarted my laptop and now its all good

so if anyone has anyone problem to that

In the Bottom Left of second screen shot. Notice the + and almost invisible - sign. Click on device to remove and click the Minus - sign.

I followed your instructions, but when I click in the device the - (minus) sign is still greyed out and when I click it nothing happens
