Beepings and numbers appear while talking

How can I get rid of this new phenomenon: while talking on the phone (Iphone 6s) random numbers start appearing at random intervals with a loud beep accompanying.

If you do not keep the iPhone properly near your this phenomenon will happen because touch screen has not been disabled. Keep it close to your ears.
