iTunes lock out

When I upgraded my phone, I have been unable to update or download any apps. “Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes”. That is the error message I get.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
