Apple Pay

I recently changed countries for my Apple account. (US to Canada)

I set up Apple Pay and was able to add my Canadian CC and Canadian address no problem but when I try to set up Apple Cash it is asking for my address but only giving me a Zip Code to enter. I need a postal code for Canadian address. As a result I can not finish set up of Apple Cash.

After changing address on Mac Book, I restarted my IPhone already.

Any other options ?
