If you're looking to change the size of the keyboard itself, the only way that can be changed is by the orientation of the iPhone. For example messaging in an application by holding the iPhone in landscape versus portrait.

You can also download new keyboards inside the AppStore. Maybe there is a keyboard that suits you better and that can be modified more than Apple's own. I use one called SwiftKey.
