In my one iMessage group, I keep seeing a message pop up (multiple times a day) that I have changed the group photo, when I have not changed the group photo and it is still the same. And then it will say that this one specific other member changed the group photo also. But no one is changing the group photo? Help!

When did you initially see this behavior on your iPhone? Were any changes made to the iPhone itself, or its settings before this began? If so, what was changed?
Since running into issue, has your device been restarted using these steps? Restart your iPhone If so, did restarting correct the issue temporarily, or was there no change?

Just to confirm, it sounds like this is only happening with a specific group message, correct?
If the issue is only happening with a specific group message, can you let us know if there were any other changes made to the group previously? For example, was the group name recently changed? More about that here: Name a group text message on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Are other people in the group seeing the notice that the group photo was changed, or does it only show on your device?
Also, to help narrow this down further, can you confirm which iOS version your device is running? Find the software version on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod

Yes, that is correct, and yes it is only happening in one group. No changes had been made to the group in the last few months. It is only showing on my device that the photo has been changed; no one else can see it.
My version is the 14.3.

It just started a few days ago; nothing had changed in terms of updates to the phone or changes to the group.
I did try restarting my phone with no luck- it has still been showing up periodically.
