Ipod problems
I've just downloaded the latest version of itunes to my PC as I had a gift voucher to redeem, but now itunes won't recognise my Ipod (the ipod is very old - model no. A1236).
Can anyone help me please?
Thanks

Installed through the Microsoft Store or an iTunesSetup.exe file downloaded from apple.com? You need the latter version for the manual driver selection method to work. Switching from one to the other may be enough to resolve your issue.

Thanks for you help, but unfortunately when I reached the
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers there was no
usbaapl64.inf option for me... any other ideas?
Thanks in advance.
