why does it take 3 days for the new activity award to show? i dont get notifications about them on my apple watch nor my iphone, i need to go back 3 days everytime to see them. it was perfectly fine a couple months ago, i could see them immediately.. is there any way to fix it?😒

First take your iPhone off low power mode
And try force restarting your iPhone by whatever method your version calls for. As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release. Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.
