disruption in streaming

Many times while watching Netflix or Amazon Prime or HBO Max, etc., programing will stop, the screen goes black or freezes and the spinner spins. Sometimes the program will restart and sometimes it won't. This doesn't happen on the same channels on ROKU, so I don't think its the WiFi. I've Reset the AppleTV as well as unplugged and replugged, which helps, but others with the same AppleTV 4K haven't had the problem. Suggestions????
