'Cancel' option for subscriptions on iphone has disappeared

Hi,


I've tried all the usual options:

a) Apple id > subscriptions : The app shows up, but only lets me renew my subscription, the 'cancel' subscription button is gone.

b) I logged in via my laptop. Under 'manage' subscriptions, again the app shows up, but it only lets me renew the subscription. No option to cancel.


Could you please assist me with this?

Thank you.. But this happened to me this time around. It automatically auto-renewed, and I couldn't cancel it. So I'm trying now to cancel it in advance of the next renewal cycle, and the only option it's currently giving me is to auto-renew it again for after April 2021! No idea where to disable the automatic auto-renew...
