I'm on Mojave. Can I just upgrade to Catalina and no further?

Can I upgrade to just Catalina from Mojave? I don't want the most recent version. If so, can you point me to the directions on doing so? Thank you in advance.

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Catalina through the link provided.
