I just made a purchase online and need to go to the apple store to pick it up but have no QR code in the email with pickup instructions:
No, I don’t use the wallet.
I went to the store and there was no issue with the missing QR code. The order printout had the proper number on it. That with my ID was all they needed to bring out the new device.
QR code was not necessary at the Apple store.
Have you tried loading it to your wallet to see if it appears?
