Please help me fix this issue "The disk “Macintosh HD” can‘t be unlocked."

I was trying to reset my MacBook which I successfully did. After that I tried updating the laptop and it is telling that the disk Macintosh HD is locked and can't be opened. Also I tried mounting the disk the same thing happened, it is locked with out anyway to open it. Please help me fix this issue because I use this MacBook for school and I need to store things on it ASAP to catch up on my work.

I erased another disk which had all my files on it to free up space. I reinstalled macOS but then for some reason that disk (Macintosh HD) got locked. I was trying to update to Big Sur and that problem happened and I don't know how to fix it.
