Please help me fix this issue "The disk “Macintosh HD” can‘t be unlocked."

I was trying to reset my MacBook which I successfully did. After that I tried updating the laptop and it is telling that the disk Macintosh HD is locked and can't be opened. Also I tried mounting the disk the same thing happened, it is locked with out anyway to open it.
