Lock Screen passcode
Can I reset it from my iCloud account. The passcode I used to set up with isn’t working. It will no let me into the phone.

No, you can't. If you don't remember your passcode or it's not working, you'll have to erase your phone using your home computer with iTunes, following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
