Sync icloud keychain to new phone
How do I sync my iCloud keychain on my MacBook Air to my new iPhone 11?

Do you have iCloud Keychain security code generated from Mac ? have you set up new iPhone or is it yet unsigned in with same Apple ID and password used in Mac on the same network , the iCloud Keychain code if not in records from Mac can be overwritten and used in iPhone , what pop ups appear ?

I tried all that and nothing.
I don’t have a security code from Mac. I did set up my new phone with the same ID and password as my Mac. I don’t know where to look for records to find the code.
