BLK Subscription Issues

I having trouble with my BLK Elite Subscription I can’t view my likes . I can’t purchase anything from the BLK app. The BLK does not have any proof that I purchased a subscription from Apple Store .

Crunchyroll subscription I bought a Crunchyroll one-year subscription, in the app it says that, but when I open my subscriptions on the apple store there is nothing about it. Is it some kind of a bug or what should I do? There is also this email, i dont really understand it, i already updated my payment method and it still doesnt work properly.
