Spinning Black Wheel/Apple Logo

Hi! I just got the new iPhone 12 for Christmas this year and everything has been fine. Haven’t dropped it or nothing, brand new. Until today when I started using it, it was acting slow and then just decides to turn off. I did the hard reboot where you press the volume up and volume down button but after it stuck on the Apple logo instead of the loading screen. It let me in once and then cut back to the loading screen. I haven’t backed up my phone in a while or installed the update I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it. Please help and Thank you!
