My Iphone 11 Pro has been stuck on the apple logo for a week now. I've tried the quick volume up and down and then the hold on the right side button. The apple goes away for about 15 seconds and comes back. The phone does not have the latest update. There is not enough space on it. I've also hooked to computer thru I Tunes. Nothing works. What is the next step? I have since bought a new Iphone 11 Pro and that is hooked up.
