Screen flashing white, thin rainbow line at bottom of screen, screen turning black but still being on.

Out of nowhere my Iphone X started to flash white while I was watching a youtube video. It seems to be getting worse and a rainbow line appeared at the bottom. I recently had a screen change after my phone's screen broke so could it be because of that? I'm wondering if this is a screen problem or a phone problem.
