4th generation ipad pro low volume when on zoom

hey i have recently bought a new ipad pro and the sound works just fine but whenever i enter a zoom meeting the sound is just very low even if the ipad is on full volume, is there a way i can fix this ?

If that happens using Zoom app only, I'd contact that app's support team and ask them.
