why does my audio quit on my ipad in zoom meeting

My iPad Pro is quitting audio in zoom meetings. It will work for awhile when I first join then will stop. Video still working but I can’t hear anyone and they can’t hear me. My microphone is not muted. I am the host so no one is adjusting settings. I looked in iPad settings for zoom app, as well as on the zoom web page. Nothing seems to address my problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?
