Notification issues
After i updated to IOS 14.3, i am facing an issue on Notifications. I am not getting them unless i open the APP itself.

We're glad you thought to ask Apple Support Communities about the issue you're having with receiving your notifications. If you haven't already, complete the following to see if it helps:
- Since your iPhone is updated to 14.3, also make sure your apps are updated: Update apps or use automatic downloads
- Confirm that settings are in place for notifications: Use notifications on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
- Also be sure that Do Not Disturb is not turned on: Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
- Check your Date & Time settings to be sure they're correct. Tap Settings > General > Date & Time. If not already, set to "Set Automatically" and ensure the "Time Zone" shows correct. If any changes are made here, Restart your iPhone
- If you use VPN or security software, temporarily disable those to see if that helps. If it does, you'll want to reach out to the app developer to look into this more: How to contact an app developer
